Shipping policy

If product is in stock, turnaround time is 1-3 Working days from day of purchase. 

Generally most orders are shipped the next working day, however if you have purchased a made to order item or an item that is currently out of stock we will need time to pour and cure, so turnaround time will be extended to 5 working days before shipping. This will be communicated. 

If you have not received your order and it has been 10 working days since purchase, please Email: mountainlilycollective@yahoo.com with your order details and we will be happy to assist you!

If you have received your order and it is damaged please contact us via Email at mountainlilycollective@yahoo.com and attach photographic evidence along with the problem. We will be happy to assist you!
